Got a nice hour of power today. Love it brother watched every second and didn’t skip a single ad as always. Do they have a sign saying who build the display? That would be awesome promotion. Beautiful display. I think this every video I sure wish you all were closer lol would definitely be getting on your schedule. Can’t wait until the next one pal. God bless!

🤣 "hour of power"...LMAO, love it! They told me I could put a sign up up chose not too. They are really good with giving credit and referrals there. So I left it at that. And you can skip all the ads you want, I wouldn't blame you at all...LOL Seems like they keep putting more and more out there lately. Thanks as always for the feedback brother, God Bless ✌

Hour of power haha. I thought that would make ya laugh. Yeah my Sherwin Williams rep is good about getting my business leads. Gotta love when ur suppliers help you out. I do skip ads sometimes but channels I support I really don’t try to help as much as I can on the Adsense. I’ve finally reached 53 subs which is shocking to me like I’ve said it’s hard to make painting fun to watch haha I just love recording and editing.

Painting my not have a ton of interest but it is an important trade. I watched a handful of your videos and you are a surgeon with that paint brush bro... I have never had steady enough hands to do that stuff. Nothing but respect here. Hope you have a great Christmas Man✌

If you put a shutoff valve on the end of the hose and then the stihl quick connect onto that you can achieve all the things you want. Hose stays on the whole time and you just flip the quarter turn valve before cutting. You can still rinse things off right through the quick connect. Pro tip: works even better if you pop off the pressure regulator or whatever the plastic piece is on the inside of the stihl quick connect.
@TheChristianHardscaper
@TheChristianHardscaper Ай бұрын
I completely hear you brother, I have thought of that... But honestly, I like having a guy dedicated to the watering. Then I can purely focus on cutting. That way it gets done asap and then we can split up and do our own things. But you are right for sure, that is a very good solution. Merry Christmas man! ✌

Milwaukee 9” saw is worth having around or dewalt depending on what batteries you already have. Great for touch up, fine cuts, or if you have a square patio/walk without many cuts

No way, sand / gravel would be a mess.... Another big benefit to Open Grade. And I'm sure clean stone is not as easy to come by down there as it is up here. But not having freeze thaw cycles kind of makes it so you don't necessarily need it... ✌

Yo when you say 30 or 40 years, what exactly causes it to wear down and what happens? I assume it's just not totally level and a paver here or there cracks? Or sinkage? Seems like it would stay satisfactory for much longer. Love the channel haven't watched in a long time but you and Benny always do top-notch work
@TheChristianHardscaper
@TheChristianHardscaper Ай бұрын
It is a combination of the pavers settling over time, frost heave, and some cracking if it's not installed properly. The main thing is the colors fade and the aggregate begins to show more in the concrete. I don't mean the patio will be crumbled in 30-40 years but the pavers definitely will not look the same by then and most people would probably want to replace it by then. So 30 to 40 years is a good estimate for a really nice install. ✌

I’m doing my own paver purchased a dark grey pavers but some are to light it random . Could it be dust from manufacturing? I wet the light ones to see if it removes it but no luck half way installing this pavers .
@TheChristianHardscaper
@TheChristianHardscaper Ай бұрын
Unfortunately the color tones can vary a lot with pavers... You have to mix them in the best you can with the lights and darks. Every manufacturer has the problem, some worse than others but still have them no matter what.

kinda random but what year/model is your truck and how do you like it? any issues other than the manifolds
@TheChristianHardscaper
@TheChristianHardscaper Ай бұрын
That is a 2017 Ford F-250 XLT with a 6.2 liter gas engine and I love it! The manifolds is the only big repair I have had to do to it. Just regular maintenance is all I have done and it is such a strong truck. It tows a trailer 85% of the time and has no problem pulling machines or full loads of stone and dirt. Would totally recommend. ✌

@ thanks! I’m still rocking a 97 Chevy 2500. It’s been ridiculously reliable for me. I take care of it though with maintenance. But wanting to get a new one to tow more. was considering a new (2020 and up) ford f250/350 or Chevy 2500/3500 but I’m in the FB groups and see issue after issue with these new trucks. If I’m paying $80k I don’t want issues! lol 2017-2018 are good years for both ford and Chevy. I’m probably gonna go with one of those. Thanks again

@@Mangold2865 That's awesome man, those late 90's / early 2000's trucks were very strong... I plowed with a few different 2004-2006 F-350's for many years, the best snow pushing trucks Ive used. And I hear you, these new trucks have to much shit stuffed in them and electrical everywhere, causes more problems than the extra things are worth... Good luck with your truck hunt! ✌
