I left a comment in an earlier video about my son, who builds custom homes. He's just a few years older than you, but when he was about your age he started going to yoga classes twice a week. He realized all the older guys on the job site could hardly bend any more, and they had issues with their back and knees. My son wanted to try to prevent that if he could. Now he's much more flexible, and those daily aches and pains are much less. You may want to try some gentle classes between now and March. One of the things my son enjoys about yoga, apart from all the fit young women who attend, is being able to ace the strength poses they struggle with. Please try some form of stretching and balancing workout - NOT BODY BUILDING. The kind of work you do is repetitive and demanding, and can pull your normal alignment out of whack, and that's what causes most people's pain. There are a wide variety of bodywork techniques besides yoga that can bring you back into structural balance. Good luck!
