@@sanjusimon1912 how can I help? I don’t want to display my life here. Only tell you I have suffered physical abuse and violence, abandon and lies since very young, a boy. As an adult, my business (many years ago) was burned to the ground when I refused to pay a bribe. My thirst for vengeance grabbed me by the balls and made me suffer horribly for years. I did inflict a lot of pain to many and eventually got my revenge. But mainly I inflicted a lot of pain to myself because during all that time, my life became hell. I’m a very strong person, even today at 70, so imagine all that energy in anger, for years. Violence every day. Revenge was everything in my mind and without me “seeing it” sorrow, awful pain… well, I obviously recovered financially mainly because I am a hard working man. And a lucky one by the way. One day I realized that I was waisting time/life and getting sick because I developed “an angry life” style as I was aging, that disabled me to ENJOY my achievements, my love, my family. So, during a rather long time, i asked my self your same question: “how to forgive”? Worse! “Why forgive”??? I did not want to forgive, I felt it justified. I was utterly convinced that my life was shit. But “why?” was the right question. The answer is: because you NEED to enjoy life, life is the greatest gift, because out of life there is NOTHING. Except latency. And forgiving is possible. that’s another “why”. You must learn how to become the observer of your emotion, not your emotion, so you can let that anchor go. You will find a way, we all do. So go for it, read, talk to people, pray, meditate, learn and you will achieve your goal.
