I also wake up in these morning hours. Not always but more than not. These are quiet hours and I find myself thinking about how things have changed so much since I was younger. I toss and turn thinking about all the injustice that has happened to our family. The older generation as well as the grandchildren. My grandpa was a farmer. I spent my summers with him. I also woke up early with he and grandma. The smell of coffee and breakfast being prepared. Mt mom and dad also had to wake up by 5 every morning. Same thing, smell of coffee and breakfast. I have always liked to wake up early since then. I like the early time alone and yes I reflect on all things including those that God puts on my heart. It helps me be prepared for the day.

Yes I wake up often at the final countdown 3:21 AM but I have to be up by 4:30 AM anyway. I thought it is because of daylight savings time change. I have had the mad max song "one of the living" playing in my head so clearly without headphones... very odd but yet very cool!
