Small detail I noticed about Pepperman's title card: Pepperman himself has a slightly different expression compared to the vanilla game (in vanilla, he has this ominous smile, but here he's not really smiling), and his brush is snapping in his hand (it's not in vanilla). Considering the new intro, and Pizzaface's reaction to Paola, it would suggest to me that Pepperman was also expecting Peppino, but Paola showing up took him by surprise.

Personally, I liked the older expression on the T.V. screen found in the previous video when Paola is running at Mach 3 instead of the grumpy expression that she has here. It made her seem more determined to plow her way through to the finish, whereas the one shown here makes her seem more, well, reluctant.
