Replay crew. I’m in class. I’m clueless, as an adult learner who didn’t really go to school. I am studying but in reality I am totally lost, I don’t even know the basics Am clueless ! so I’m watching you, Reese, so I don’t burst into tears.

The black beret is spot on with the bright pink! The muted one would look better with muted colors. It was fighting against the sweater. Tommy is right. ☺️ also, I could see Huxley as a pastor or youth pastor for sure. He will know if God calls him to that. Time will tell.

Between my job, my school work, managing my debt and expenses, and caring for an abusive elderly mother, I’m not doing well. 😢 I’ve never had access to mental health, but I think I need to find a way. I need to find my Wyatt.

Reese, praying for partition (meaning "help me" because I'm lost and don't know what to do) is all about faith,..it's a light hearted, undirect, unforced, giving of God. There is no tech, there is no procedure. You can be the worst of the worst, and God will always be holding you... I say this as someone who doubts, but I'd rather error on the positive side...then on the empty negative side🤷♂️

If it is at all possible, it would be important for Michael to have a psych evaluation. Certain mental illnesses are hereditary and it would benefit Huxley to have this medical information.

I do believe in the power of prayer, but I personally don't believe it is through a more powerful being. I am happy for you that you have the belief and comfort the comes from religion and a belief in god. Even if you take the spiritual and religious context away, there can be reasons why thoughts and prayers can help. You know the feeling you get when you hear the voice of someone you love, or a text or letter from that person? Hearing, or reading a letter, from a romantic partner can cause tingly good feelings. A call from my parents makes me feel love and warmth. With you specifically, when you see a person's name in the chat you haven't seen in a while, you get excited and an emotional boost. These feelings can give stress relief, help people rest, give a sense of calm, which can help anyone deal with an emergency. You just texting a friend that you are praying/ thinking about them, can give them a feeling of not being alone. This concept has been shown with military members for thousands of years, with how important letters from home can be to them continuing to fight and survive.

Some Christians use the acronym of ACTS to help them through their prayers. The A stands for adoration to God, kind of like worshiping him for just the fact that he is God. The C stands for confession. If you’ve done anything recently that you just feel kind of bad about, but in God, know that you feel bad about it and that you will try to do better. The T stands for thanksgiving. Just thanking God for the good things in your life and the lives of your family members. And then the S stands for supplication. That’s where we ask God to intervene in things that we might need help with. It helps us to keep our prayers from feeling like all we’re doing is just constantly asking God for something.

I am so sorry that Michael was so terribly abused. I hope he can get helped. There are no doubt old wounds that need to be healed. I think too that he needs to be evaluated for whether or not he was sexually abused and also whether he is on the autism spectrum and/or has ADHD. Neuro psychological testing would also help to diagnose whether his brain is functioning normally. So, Huxley got audited??? Omg. I hope it did not damage him. So how did Michael’s involvement with Scientology affect him. So, his mom abandoned him when he was 10, and never went to school. So he just got Scientology courses instead of school or college. Did Michael want to go to school? Is he resentful that he didn’t get to go to school? It is wonderful that without any education that he has been able to get and keep a job. It does sound like Michael is not a neurotypical. If he is autistic, Scientology no doubt severely damaged him. He def. needs therapy. So being in his mid thirties, there is probably a chance that a proper therapist could really help him. Have you thought of trying to connect Michael with Wyatt? Have you ever told Wyatt about Michael and asked him about what kind of help might be good for Michael. Hmmm… with the hallucinations that Michael has, it sounds like he might have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. There are affective medications that can help the symptoms you have described. For both Michael’s and Huxley’s sake, do talk to Wyatt about him. As with alcoholism, schizoaffective disorder can be a genetic-connected illness. So it is great that Huxley is aware of his father’s problems, and is also thinking about being a pastor. And yes, pastors can also be therapists. I think that it is great that Huxley is thinking about that or other helping professions. Yes, Reese, Huxley is calm. He is also highly intelligent. One thing you can do for him is to expose him to everything you can to help him know and understand what opportunities are available to him. Introduce him to as many professionals as you can and also arrange for visits and field trips to interesting places. You will both learn a lot if you do this. This sort of thing could be the basis for a homeschool program for him, for example.

Well Reese, take the glasses back and make them redo them. Praying is good for you, Reese. There is a prayer in the New Testament, often called the Lord’s Prayer. Jesus taught this one to his disciples, when they asked him to teach them how to pray. It goes like this: “Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who have sinned against us. Lead us not into temptation, and deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. This prayer is prayed during most Christian churches. The language comes from the King James version of the Bible and the words it uses are from the 1600’s when that is what English sounded like in those days. So not only do we pray that specific prayer, but we are also taught that it is a model by which we can structure our own private prayers. Does Huxley have flu? Sinus infections can be really bad and also very painful. So I hope the antibiotic Hux was given today works the way it is supposed to.

Whenever you talk about Hux's dad, I kind of wonder if your ex was sexually abused by his father. I remember you saying Hux's grandfather showered with him, and there was absolutely other signs of grooming behavior starting. Fortunately Hux had you, and you were able to make sure that stopped. For those people upset with you for telling other people's stories, everyone in your life knows you record everything! You talk about everything! I also know if someone said to keep quite you would do your best to honor that, keep things "off the record" or anonymous, unless it was to protect someone. Hux's dad would know by now to tell you to shut up if it bothered him, and you would do it for your son. I hope at some point he would come on and tell people his story, but it would be better if he would get the courage to go to a psychiatrist.

Def agree with you on this... whether it was in his family (incested) or possibly w all the (inappropriate) contact (access) he had w adult men when doing auditing. But yes. All of his behaviors coincide text book w having your innocence and trust ripped from you as a child. Very veryyyy sad 😳🥹🥹🥹🥹😪😪😪 And I know Reese is talking about it because of her love of the truth and her undying Empathy and burning 🔥desire to stand up for all that is innocent, naive and unprotected in this world 🌎 !!

Ah Reese, I was brought up Mormon and skipped out at 18. Praying was a thing that Scientologists explained, while I was involved for about 2 years was the same as a postulate. They screwed us over, blamed me for being a victim after making us pay for my husbands Narconon, and marriage counseling and taking advantage of us in so many more ways because we were so poor from paying our way. We volunteered hours after the love bombing. I’ve been trying to figure out what I believe for over 30 years. I married a catholic 5 years ago. We have both been divorced once and are in our 50s. Because he’s been divorced, he does not go to church anymore. I tell my family I’ll think happy thoughts when they ask for prayer, like it’s a bad thing. You made me think that maybe god is not a bad thing. I don’t believe in organized religion but maybe god could be ok.

There are ALOT of us out here who have very close relationships with God without an organized religion. I was raised southern baptist (which I call the orthodox protestantism) and I could never have the relationship with Her, that I have now, in that religion.
