Some people really look down on people that live in mobile homes. I don't see anything wrong with living in a mobile home as long as it is anchored down with hurricane straps. If it is not anchored they always feel unstable to me. Sometimes a mobile home is all that someone can afford but that does not make them bad or trashy people. People should not judge others especially if they haven't walked in their shoes.

I was raised up living in a mobile home in the 70's, one called a 1970 "Parkette" mom didn't have the $ to have the tie-downs put on our trailer. The hurricanes would come & go, the house shook a little bit, but us 3 did just fine

this one kinda broke my heart, im assuming it was the prev owners trying to "upgrade" this unit, so it see the new add ons right next to the heavily molded walls just made me sad, some poor kid was playing in that room and now to think they're homeless :(

They’re probably not homeless. Hopefully they traded it in on a new model, but you would think they would’ve cleaned it out a little better.

@@mybrotherdonnieif you’re planning on trashing something, would you put the effort into cleaning it? That said, depending on the state, there may be a law requiring the storage for anything left inside.

One of.my coworkers was buying a mobile home she fell behind on her payments and they were going to repo it she was up all night cleaning out of pride, you know it was so neat and clean and shiny the people didn't have the heart to take it and so they worked on a new payment plan where she could get caught up and keep her home

Ya know Donnie and Ronnie we have our mobile home in northern Michigan on 20 acres and ours came out of a mobile home park where the people were behind on there lot rent. They were working on it new roof new paint and new windows double pane like those in this one done correctly. We paid 900.00$ for it and 900.00 to move it 200 miles. Updated the inside and it’s the best thing we ever done. We’ve had it since 1997 and it’s a 1977 Schultz

I have to wonder if the way the new wood frame windows were installed eventually contributed to the leaks in the interior walls. It is heartbreaking to think that children lived here and played in those moldy rooms. There is definitely a story here if wedding photos were left behind.
