Checking over the Cinquecento after its 1000 mile week of use

From when we picked up ‪@HubNut‬ in Wales last Sunday the little Fiat has been in daily use with up to 300 miles a day running between airports and the NEC so Siôn and Jim do a few simple checks on it before it's 250 mile trip back to Wales

I bought one of those for my then partner to learn to drive in. I got rid of the partner and kept the car for around 3 years and I loved it. They are lovely little cars, mine was back but I would love a yellow one. Love your videos and the repartee

Well I never knew the engine was 850 derived. Nice. I'm with Rob from Norfolk re the sound at the NEC. I wonder if it's the same random guy who walks past the camera every so? Top man.

Actually dates back to the mid 50s and the Fiat 600 was the first to use it in a smaller displacement We are keeping an eye on that sound so all good

Enjoyed that vlog gents. We have a little Fiat Panda (endearingly called the dump run car) which was bought for my son to commute to Uni for a few years and it's still running away 6 years later as it hits 15yo and 95k miles. Goodness knows how long it will continue for!

Do some rust proofing of the sills and the rear arches and you will get years out of it. We got the Cinquecento professionally done in the video after this

Isn't the cinquecento doing very well 🤗👍🇮🇪 Hubnut didn't like it well enough to buy one but he did buy a ropey looking smart car 🙄. Maybe he was afraid that the cinquecentos legendary reliability would not provide content for his channel 😂👍🇮🇪
