i've just been going over your video again, its very useful to compare to my au1 model. You mention your worried about the readings being not smooth, not a problemo I think, e.g the temp sensor only has divisions of one degree, so it looks like it jumping a bit but its just a function of the when the temp is between say 79 and 80 degrees it cant be inbetween i.e. it cant show 79.4degC, so it will show 79, just a question of scale there. on this video I show where the second ecu ( voltage divider) resistor comes in to change the scale of the temp sensor voltage ( at the 0:57min mark), it jumps from 1volt up to 4.23v i.e. at 70degC the second resistor turns on in ecu. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJLIdIxqf6uhrck with regard your O2 sensor, in your video stays at 2.83volts when your hard on the accelerator and stops the up/down swing. When it is swinging it goes from almost zero to 2.5v approx. From all the internet info I can find ford doesn't use bias voltage, but all the info I can find is from usa eg scanner danner vids like this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/hoqpgmaPacp5jbs So I can only assume that ford au does have bias voltage on the 02 sensor, otherwise it would just swing from 0-1v approx. since my car is doing a similar thing then maybe your 02 sensor is working just fine. When hard accelerating it maxs out as the engine is running rich, and short term fuel trim tries to lean out the air/fuel ratio. My 02 sensor is showing pretty much same results, swinging from near zero to 2.8v approx. I had thought there was a problem with my 02 sensor since it was going above 1v but going from your info it may well be ok, I did swap the 02 sensor and results stayed same. anyhow my vid of 02 sensor data is here if of interest: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qX3XpIabfMx_p6M I would be interested to see what you IAT graph values look like, my idle air intake bypass never goes below 39% and max if 50%, I'm not sure what value IAT is closed valve (no bypass air) but I think I read somewhere its near 20% or so.,

I have 02 sensor problem also, in my case readily shows some sort of intermittent short, where my voltage is between 0v - 1v, but erradicately suddenly swings to a high voltage, like 2.5v sometimes higher, then back to normal but does it continually, your looks a bit different to my problem. I changed sensor, still same issue, might swap my ecu ( can just swap it no probs on au1) and see if that makes any difference Its an amazing bit of kit that forscan

I dont think there is any bias voltage on 02?

if I use forscan lite dashboard to view 02 sensor, it appears to be in the 0v-1v range then suddenly swings way up to voltages like yours is ( just checked my saved data), you cant see the sudden swing in oscillliscope mode but in dashboard mode it really obvious, like some sort of short occurs. In fact your data is looking very much like my 02 sensor data, I can put a video up if you like so you can compare to yours, if thats any assistance.

just put a video up on my scan a couple of days ago, looks very similar to yours, I've just saved the data and videod my saved data see here kzbin.info/www/bejne/qX3XpIabfMx_p6M
