Respiration is not checked in isolation (I mean you don't stand at a point to check only respiration), it is done right after checking the pulse while your fingers are still on the radial pulse; u count respiration as well. So it is not easy to tell it apart.

The thermometer should be in the water before bringing your tray to the bedside. At the bedside, u will clean with dry cotton then shake it for the mercury to fall below 35°C.

Yes but that's different from the Ghanaian style we don't explain while performing because in real practice u don't explain ur steps while working on the patient. And we do our exams on real patients. U can get explanation of the various steps by adding 'explanation or explained to ur search on my channel.
