Agreed about Hearn. Compared to the other promoters he's more willing to make the big fights, because in the end it's about making money and he's not afraid if one of his fighters loses. In fact, he's been made fun of in the past when one of his fighters lost a fight, but he does not babysit them. He's also been ridiculed when he made big offers to guys from other promotional outfits, which is just weird.

There’s no consistency in these sanctioning bodies. Remember when Jermelle Charlo broke his hand. He was able delay the Tszyu fight for more than a year. He wasn’t stripped off his belt until Charlo decided to fight Canelo. Fundora only won recently. He’s got a fractured nose which will take time to heal. WBO plan to strip him already. Seems pretty unfair to me.

lol, consistency in sanctioning bodies? No such thing…but WBO is the only sanctioning body that allows the champ in the previous weight class to become the mandatory when they move up. IBF stripped Bud 3 months after when he couldn’t negotiate until Spence rematch was concluded. Spence held the IBF with Boots as his mandatory for 2 years, Bud had it for 3 months. Make it make sense. Fundora’s team said he wasn’t looking to fight Bud next. So no negotiation = stripped. You’re right, they’re not consistent.

Do NOT allow them to do it again at 154, because as we saw with the Fundora, Tszyu & Spence situation that is EXACTLY what they planned to do. So, what Team Crawford, the WBO and Prince Alashiek needs to do now is 1) Strip Fundora and make him a Champion in Recess (As he is recovering from injury). 2) Make the WBO & WBA unification fight with Israel Madrimove! 3) At the same time do a deal with the new IBF Champion Murtazaliev and cut off the PBC route to the IBF belt. 4) Get Matchroom and Prince Alashiek involved and secure that 3rd belt. So, any PBC fighter (Fundora, Tszyu, Spence or Charlo) that wants a shot at the UNDISPUTED Super Welterweight title will have to go through TERRENCE "BUD" CRAWFORD AND DAZN!!!
