This should be considered one of the more hilarious and chaotic scenes ever filmed. I was stoned the first time I watched this and I could only imagine sitting in Chong's seat during this scene. Winslow nailed it!

I have watched this scene millions of times and it's still hilarious. Especially the old man. He makes another appearance in "Things Are Tough All Over" as the old man on the porch trying to get his tv working and then seeing a broken car being pushed down the road by a bunch of Mexicans. He says "What the hell is THAT?" and lets out that same laugh as he does here. Short scene but funny. :)

Michael Winslow was a true clown in this seen. When he was acting like the coke can was a baby crying and then threw it on the floor and said "aaah shut up"! Was hilariously side splitting and the old man laughing with that huge nose made it just that much more hilarious. Lmfao!!!!!

I love this! There is like 5 things going on at once. You have in the window Cheech and that woman. You have the guy smoking a cigarette and nodding off. You notice every time he starts nodding off he lowers his cigarette towards his knee and when it almost touches it the old guy start laughing. You have Michael W. making weird sound effects with objects and every one seems to look at him every once in a while. And in the back ground you have two people working on what ever.

Raunchiness behind the glass petition, drunkard ironically laughing at the junkie who is precariously nodding with a lit cigarette, and Michael Winslow as the pycho-wack job creating his own adventures while poor Chong takes it all in!!! Gut-wrenching hilarious!!!!!

Absolute Classic...1 of the best clips of any comedy, ever! Nothing funnier than real-life nut jobs at DHS. Reminds of the time I was stuck in traffic and watched a domestic dispute between an old timer seated on a bus stop bench, and his empty Wendy's Coffee Cup. LMFAO havent seen that in years!! The sound effects dude (Michael Winslow) got his start in this,several years before the Police Academy movies.Also did stand up comedy in LA if I'm not mistaken.He did an absolute killer Jimi Hendrix impersonation,towards the end of this movie.Complete with Jimi's generous use of the wah-wah pedal & mega-feedback.That scene was when Cheech took some bad acid or something,he was hallucinating & Jimi appeared,along with Timothy Leary lol.

Michael Winslow was a legend with the sounds never forget the first time I saw him in Police Academy. 10 was the perfect age to witness such skill. Looking back on it I can't believe how influential it was. Considering i am a music producer.
