My whole family got the butter slimes. The “chocolate” slime you reviewed with the latte one. They all smelt bad, but the texture was great. My issue with the slime on Amazon is that I don’t trust the reviews. Most (if not, all) of them were written by parents/grandparents talking about how much their children love it. It’s honestly wholesome, but I just can’t trust it. First of all, what if the kids just faked liking it to be nice? Plus, especially younger kids will probably like any slime because it’s fun to stretch and touch, but teens/adults are more likely to look for specific features like how much asmr the slime makes and how stretchy it is. This video really proves my suspicions, tbh. For slime, you get what you pay for. If you want the high quality stuff, you have to go to slime shops and pay the higher price.

For the rainbow cloud slime, the reason that it was so rippy and stuff was because it was an old cloud slime. Old cloud spikes generally rip more and don't drizzle too well. I hope this helped😊

I don’t intend to hate at all, but most slime sellers overactivate their slimes so it doesn’t melt in the shipping, and if it’s too stiff, add lotion and it gets softer. One of the sellers that I ordered from had a container of lotion so that you could fix it if it was stiff.

I know sometimes when people make cloud slimes it takes them a lot of trial and error with the tipping to get it to stretch and hold, so maybe when they sent you that particular batch it wasn't prepared enough yet

Here is a weird story: I once bought a kneaded eraser, I squished and played with it so much it developed the texture and drizzle of cloud slime (I think that is what the slime is called) once I discovered it drizzled and felt like that, I bought another eraser and played with it like before and it also developed that texture and effect, so moral of the story.... DONT PLAY WITH KNEADED ERASERS! I love slime, but I needed and eraser so I could draw, the kneaded erasers made my drawing hobby 100x better! but I played with it too much and it kinda... turned into cloud slime. So yeah, that happened Note: this took place in 2018, so the making of the erasers could’ve possibly changed, I no longer use them so if YOU do, tell me if it does what I call the cloud slime effect.
