Carmen Salta You are obviously not a cheerleader, dancer, gymnast, or anything that requires flexibility. The girl demonstrating is going to HER ability, other flyers will go to theirs. If, like you, they aren't flexible and don't know what they're doing then they could possibly get injured, but that would mean they shouldn't try these stretches at all if they don't know how to cheer.
