OMG! This really helped me A LOT! before this I couldn't even pull my scorpion and figures on the ground because I couldn't keep my balance, now i can keep it way more longer then before & i saw the change right after doing the drills while watching the video!! Literally i just saw the video and i can sure tell y'all I improve A LOT thank you so much!! Greetings from -México

TOTALLY AGREE!!!!! She has lost NO skills ADVANCED her flyer skills every year. and is NOT a glory hound. SHE is the TOTAL TEAM MEMBER!!!! LOVE HER!!!

AND it s quite different (as i konw as a flyer) trying to do these things and balance yoruself versus doing this things where 3-4 other people in a stunt group are holding you in the air and balancing your. :)

This is the Kernersville Gym but there is a cheer extreme location in Raleigh as well.

If every flyer on SE works on their flexibility as hard as Molly, there's no telling what would happen! Full team needles in their routine would be AMAZING!!! :)

I wouldnt think so cause they don't really hold your toes. Mostly your heels. I would try to just stay flat foot but don't lean too much on your heels either.

I really want to become a part of an extreme cheer team but I've only done cheers with football games I'm not sure if it's too late I'm in eighth grade giing into high school is it too late to begin?

IN the air that would be correct. However Molly is basing herself and flying......so that is quite a bit different than if you are just flying on your group. FLyers understand this. THANKS SARAH and MOLLY!!!!!

cjenkins27 when u take it off it will be stronger/higher because it was used to the weight but when u take it off it will be easier
