That dad is gonna WISH that he had allowed them to date~ Because you can CLEARLY tell what type of character he has: he's COMPLETELY respectful/within 5 minutes of getting to know him, you can easily see the type of morals and values that he has/he's a hard worker with an EXCELLENT work ethic!/& he isn't like MOST DUDES who are only thinking about that ONE THING, when it comes to girls...therefore you're gonna be able to trust that he's got the right intentions~ he is more interested in focusing on beginning, building, & maintaining a relationship with the girl that he's interested in...so you can trust that he isn't going to be focusing on & putting pressure on her to give up that ONE THING that is so important and special to most girls. So yeah...That dad is gonna be kickin' himself in the A$$ for not considering him & allowing her to have had a rare opportunity to be able to experience a relationship with an ACTUAL GENTLEMAN❗ Because as pretty as she is, she CLEARLY won't EVER have any issues with a lack of love interests....So yeah- Quantity will NEVER be an issue for her, but what DEF WILL be an issue throughout her entire life, is having the opportunity to find a QUALITY individual!

But you can’t know that in just 5 minutes lmao. And also, many guys will wait to start dating a girl to get what he wants from her, and considering the power and maturity dynamics here I wouldn’t be surprised if that had happened. He could totally just also want to use her for her body and that dad is right. You don’t know what goes on behind the scenes so you can’t speak so highly of him based on what he says about HIMSELF😂. If he loves her he’ll understand that dating a hs student while ur in college is weird and he’ll let her go completely. i’m 15 rn and dating someone in college is odd. Hell the thought of me even dating a senior is weird because there’s such a clear difference between us. Much less a college student??? Believe it or not he’s just so much more mature and ahead of her it is weird. ALSO, something to note is that she said they waited until she was 15 because that’s when her dad said it was okay for them to start dating. Which means they’ve been talking and liking each other since she was FOURTEEN, and he was an Early college student aka like 18-19 years old. THAT IS SO WEIRD. There is so much maturity difference from a 14 year old and an 18 year old, Or 15/18. Even though 3 or 4 years doesn’t seem like a lot, it is for minors bcuz of how fast ur changing. I’m not the same in maturity as I was when I was 12. In fact I’m very different from when I was 12. Even though it’s only been 3 years so much growing and change has happened to where if I dated a 12 year old I’d almost be taking advantage of them bcuz of how young and naive they are compared to me. Bcuz the older person always ends up taking advantage or control of the younger one. Or getting them to do bad things or things they don’t want to or shouldn’t do. Even worse yet the girl may end up FEELING pressured, or do something she doesn’t want to do just to not disappoint him. She couldn’t never say no to him or go along with things HE wants to do bcuz of the power dynamic. Guys like this usually end up want to take advantage of a naive person, or like the power even if they don’t realize it. Compared to her he is grown and that’s final it’s weird. I’m using prior knowledge about minors in age gap relationships and dating people who are older than them, and they usually play out the same way or end up being weird. Dad is right.
