Fun fact: The actor playing Cliff went to audition for the show and he didn't get a role. As he was walking out he asked if they already had the "know it all" guy at the bar character. They told him they didn't so they gave him another chance to audition for that role and he got it. Yup, he made up his own role and got the gig.

It was always so funny how everybody yelled "NORM !!!" Once the Cheers crowd, including Norm, went to the local bowling alley and walk into the lounge there and everybody yells "NORM !!!" The others from Cheers give Norm a funny look. Norm says, "Hey. I've got a life!"
