The guy says “British cheese makers seem to be much more experimental.” The 1st one dough seems to be a FRENCH Camembert/Brie. The Mozzarella comes from Italy. The cheese sandwich is like eaten everywhere and these noodles are also known in Germany so wtf 😂 I also know a lot great cheesy french, german, Italian recipes. And don’t forget what they eat in Switzerland like e.g. fondue or Raclette. Also there are so many different types of cheese produced in the mountains of Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria.
