Ingredients :
2 cup suji
1 cup dahi
1 1/4 cup water
Salt to taste
1tbsp green chili paste
1 tbsp garlic ( crushed)
3 tbsp Mota besan
1 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 + 1/2 tsp fruit salt
1/4 cup onion
3 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 cup capcicum
2 pcs green chili chopped
1/4 cup boiled corn
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 cup grated chesse
Green chutney
Chesse slices
In a bowl add suji , dahi , water, salt, green chili paste, garlic, mota besan, oil, mix well rest the batter for 15 - 20 min.
Take batter in a bowl add 1/2 tsp fruit salt & some water mix well .
Grease the dhokla moulds with some oil, pour some batter and tap.
To prepare stuffing, take Onion, coriander, capcicum, green chili, boiled corn, chili flakes, black people powder, salt, grated chesse
Now apply green chutney on one dhokla .
Now add cheese stuffing & cheese slice on one dhokla
Place other dhokla batter over it.
