➡️ Ingredients:
For the biscuit base (24 cm diameter):
• 4 eggs
• 4 tablespoons hot water
• 130 grams of sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 100 grams of flour
• 85 grams of cornstarch
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 175° Celsius with top and bottom heat.
For the whipped cream:
• 500 grams of cottage cheese
• 5 tablespoons peach juice (liquid from can)
• 6 teaspoons San-Apart (cream stiffener)
• 30 grams of powdered sugar
• some lemon zest
• 600 milliliters of cream
• 6 teaspoons San-Apart (cream stiffener)
• 1 can peach (drained weight 470 grams)
