I like you already because I knew the things your saying just from experience but your taking the time to let your viewers know this. Most people don't know this about cheese already shredded. You also gave a good example when you said it maybe ok for tacos and then still told the viewers what they are actually buying. Great job.

Being all alone and isolated with the Pandemic this year, and needing to make a meal just for one with whats on hand, I was looking for a simple cheese sauce to use in an experimental, non-traditional Thanksgiving dish. I am making a Turkey Cordon Bleu using Deli sliced Mesquite Smoked Turkey & Black Forest Ham, rolled with a filling of Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, then breaded with crumbs & Panko. I was particularly intrigued with the addition of the mustard powder which should enhance those meats quite nicely as well. Will be accompanied with Green Bean Casserole & Scalloped Potatoes. I’m trying to replicate a Birds Eye dish. They don’t make anymore. It had chicken, corkscrew pasta, sugar snap bean, carrots and cheese sauce. I contacted the company and they don’t make it anymore and of course no recipe for said cheese sauce. Does your recipe thicken?

This video was really interesting, then they added the music and it made all the difference. It made me switch off because I realised that the tutorial was not good enough to stand on its own merit.
