You can also usually just shoot those big bullseye targets with a bomb arrow and it works the same.

Doesn't work on this particular shrine, unfortunately. I think it works on the big circle ones, but not these smaller square-ish ones

Four white chuchu jelly one after another in the puddle. Each makes an ice platform. Stack the four ice platforms two by two on the switch and it is enough weight for it to trigger and give you the door. That’s old man gamer cheese. 🧀
