The recipe for cheesecake with berries or cake with fine and creamy cheese with a base of crushed biscuits, complemented by sour jelly from berries.
INGREDIENTS

Tray 35 x 25 cm

225g simple biscuits (can be without sugar)
120g of melted butter
🔥 180°C
⏰ 10 minutes
No ventilation
930g cream cheese
225g powdered sugar
225g of cream for the whipped cream
30g vanilla sugar
5 eggs
20g corn starch
40ml lemon juice
🔥 160°C
⏰ 1 hour and 10 minutes
No ventilation
BERRIES JELLY

350g of berries
150ml water
100g of sugar
20g corn starch
7g gelatin granules
