At the end of your video when you cut into the cream cheese egg, there was a circle of lemon curd, did you fill the inside of the egg with the curd and the cream cheese or was it just that one? If you did do them all this way, would you care to explain how you got the lemon curd inside in such a perfect oval amongst your cream cheese?

Hi cookie sam! After chilling the candy melt shells, I think he put the cream cheese filling into the halves, leaving some space for the curd then piping it in. After doing that for two halves he must've refrigerated them separately then stuck them together the same way he did in the video. I hope this makes sense or is helpful (I'm not sure how he did it though)

to those in the US who can't find kinder eggs, you should be able to use an easter egg with plastic wrap inside (just make sure to smooth out all the wrinkles) or you can poke a small hole in a real egg, remove the insides and gently rinse it out, then lightly use that as your mold then just break it when you're done and you'll have a realistic looking crack on top too.

Small tip: When popping out any chocolate stuff from mould (especially shells as they are empty and easier to break) you can wait mnute or two in room temperature. It should make popping out easier.

Hi Nick ! I made these a couple of weeks ago. They were great ! The only thing I would change is to sit the eggs on milk chocolate buttercream. The ganache set too hard for me :-)
