So as a 25 year old man, I can honestly say I wouldn't have a clue how to even start this project if I were ~13 and could consider such a contraption as amazing, although to be fair to the OP she never proclaimed the contraption was amazing. She said they did an amazing job on it. So if you want to beat your chest over how smart you are and how you could make it (or were as a teenager and would have known how to do it then, too to prove your superiority over myself as well) go ahead because literally no one will be impressed and you just look like a douche making fun of preteens and teens on the internet. GMM made a mistake.. It's not calories, the numbers are in kilojoule. You need 10000 kilojoule a day, so the salad on 1830 only covers a little less than 1/5th of your daily needs. The cheesecake is a smaller portion than the salad and sugar only have half of the kilojoule of fat, which avocados have a lot of.

@@keetrandling4530 It's not too hard to believe :P Dessert is usually just high in sugars, while the pasta and salad would have a lot of fats (especially in the sauces) and other fatty foods like avocado. It's very easy to make a seemingly normal dish have a higher calorie count than desserts.

Based on my body type and activity level, I typically consume about 1400 calories per day. (approved by my doctor and a nutritionist to be an appropriate amount for me.) I once ate a dish at cheesecake factory then found out it was 2200 calories. I went OVER my daily calorie limit in ONE MEAL. I think if you eat there more than twice a month, you might die. lol
