It's so funny how there are some runners who after a run dies literally 3 min in they rage like all hell and break their controller, but others like that SMG2 runner that lost a bunch of time 8 hours in to a 10 hour run just kind of laughed it off haha

The Green Star that Hex was having trouble with in his clip has notoriously bad hit detection. That combined with the Queen Bee's wonky collision indeed makes for a frustrating star where timelosses easily snowball. :)

I lost most of my vision a year and a half ago. (Not a hand, but it’s comparable.) You get mad for a while, then sad, then you move past it and figure it out. Some things won’t ever be the same, but you learn to reprioritize, come up with killer coping mechanisms, find tech to help you, and keep on keeping on.

I was already a little stressed with my PC because it had Crashed and such, and making an optimized IL 10 times is not easy and can stress you a lot, especially when your Mouse doesn't plant in the right place and you waste a lot of time, I admit that I exaggerated a little too, my parents later even asked me about it the other day.

4:35 the massive amounts of RNG are why people run MP games, same reason there is a speedrun community for games like Left 4 Dead, massive amounts of RNG make the game fun for some people because you get a different outcome every time, make in the moment decisions, etc

I really don't get the guy for the FC5 vid. If he knows the NPC goes in the front seat... why is he trying to take it? I haven't played this game, but nearly any game with an open back helicopter you typically GO IN THE BACK. Shouldn't he have done that there, too? If you're speed running and the NPC obviously has priority in its script for the front seat, shouldn't you appease it?
