All the Moonspell DLC weapons are great and the character gimmicks are pretty nice too, I've yet to defeat enough kappas for the final character and weapon yet but one of the super characters you can unlock is literally immune to damage but instadies on timeout. It's like an apology for the nightmare that was Bone Zone or something.

A tip for getting gavet-oni (the one where you need to defeat kappas), if you go to the North West corner of mount moonspell near the silver ring all that spawns there is kappa. This allowed me to get him in one run
