CHEESY AT BUDGET-FRIENDLY NA BAKED TAHONG RECIPE | How to Make Baked Tahong

BAKED TAHONG INGREDIENTS:
For cooking tahong:
1kg tahong (mussels)
250ml sprite
Water
For the cheese sauce:
50g butter or premium margarine
1 head garlic, minced
1 can of evaporated milk (370ml)
165g cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp flour (you can add more or less to get your desired consistency)
