Haha I love doing it too! Try making rose tteokbokki! The creaminess helps with the spice and you can add vegan cheese too which also really helps!🥰

Noodles look really thick! I like it when it's thick without soup😋 But I didn't like tteokbokki since I was a kid, so when my mom would make rabbokki, I would only choose ramen, and even that wasn't really my favorite😅 My mom may not know this yet🤣
