Y’all are too funny! “Even the word scalloped sounds boujee” 😂 I enjoyed the playful banter way more than trying to make everything look professional and perfect. NOT implying they weren’t in their own right but robotic type perfection is what most try to achieve. THIS is sooo much better!! It’s like hanging out with your friends/family and them sharing the recipe with you, which feels more like home ❤️

I usually keep the potatoes in a bowl of water and that prevents the discoloration on them. Not that it matters, potatoes are delicious regardless!! Thank you for the recipe! I’ll be trying it tomorrow!
