Cheesy Taco Soup!

One of our favorites is this Taco Soup. Warm and comforting, I think you'll like it.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Ground Beef
3 cups of Chicken Broth
16-oz Cream Cheese
4-oz Velveeta (optional)
2 small cans Green Chilies
2 10-oz cans of mild Rotel
2 cans Hominy (drained)
2 cans Black Beans (drained & rinsed)
2 cans Southwest Corn or Mexican Street Corn (drained)
2 cans of Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 packets of Taco Seasonings
Garnish with: Corn Chips & Shredded Cheese
Optional: Sour Cream & Cilantro

Just a suggestion to add a couple of plain corn tortillas, shredded by hand. The tortillas will totally disintegrate and give an added flavor dimension of really eating a taco, but as a soup.🎉
