I clicked the thumbnail, wondering who the woman was. When she started speaking, I realised it was Chef AJ. She has aged very little in 31 years. This was filmed a few years before I was born. Wow. Wow! I didn't believe that was you, it took me a min. to realize it was you. You have done an amazing job A.J wow! But did you gain the weight bcz of having hypo? I'm so sorry about this damn disease. I had hyper till i went plant based but still ate to much healthier fats, now just recently been introduced to you and it was a wake up call to weight loss. Although i had hyper. till i stopped eating meat and dairy, i wasn't the type that had weight loss with this disease i had more of hypo symptoms. But now I've been off my meds 2 1/2 year's since changing my life style, it made me back to normal without meds. Bless you for sharing your journey. Thank you so much and you look beautiful. ❤
