Alving Leung - also known as the “Demon Chef” - is as provocative and free-spirited as his cuisine. Controversial and creative, Chef Alvin presents what he calls, “X-treme Chinese Cuisine”, bringing molecular techniques into Chinese traditional dishes, products and flavours. His 3 Michelin Star flagship Hong Kong restaurant, Bo Innovation, set new perspectives for Chinese cuisine and opened space for creative cooking to a new generation of young chefs in Hong Kong and beyond.
Chef Alvin became an international TV celebrity for his role as a judge on Canada’s Master Chef, giving him a bigger platform to advocate for Chinese cuisine and its global relevance.
