This video is totally misaligned with the previous content on this channel. Nothing to do with houses, simply a pancake making video. Never heard of this dude and honestly even if he’s really well known in his patch, he is really rather dull.

Funnily enough, I see it from a different angle. Love the video. I’ve been a subscriber to the Modern House newsletter for several years. I love looking at the houses, but I also appreciate the food and lifestyle content in the newsletters, so I clicked from there to the video this morning. I use the Modern House brand (and their sister company Inigo, selling gorgeous older houses) as examples of websites and associated content done beautifully. And I’m renovating my kitchen this year (lots of decisions!) and had thought of a stainless steel worktop (I have a food manufacturing business), so was very interested to see one in a domestic kitchen mixed with a conventional worktop. If you are selling it’s a very good strategy (not least from an SEO perspective) to bring people to your door in different ways. Toast clothing are another example of this done well. My business too on a more modest scale. I’m about to send this video to my other half and our architect. And we’ll all be thinking about and talking about Modern House a little today. One day one of us might be looking at buying a house, or talking to a friend who is. Clever (and generous) marketing. Plus the pancakes look lovely!
