Clare Smyth, winner of the elit Vodka World's Best Female Chef Award 2018, shares the recipe for Lamb Carrot, one of her signature dishes at her debut restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth in Notting Hill, London. Speaking at #50BestTalks: Life Cycle, presented by Miele, at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, she demonstrated the dish and spoke about how she showcases traditional British ingredients at Core, her background with Gordon Ramsay and the challenges of opening her own restaurant.
