Kevin, i watch you all the time, my favorite chef. I would like to see you make Cajun Paella. A tip I saw was to take the Saffron you will use and place it in a folded foil envelope, set in a hot skillet 10sec each side, get it out and let cool. Crumble between your fingers when adding to dish. You have just bloomed the spice and blossomed its flavor.

might like a box or 2, 3 big family of jiffy corn muffin mix cook as directed 8x8 more the bigger th pan place fresh or frozen mixed berries rasp straw blue black not touching and not touching the bottom of the mixture in the pan cook till done touch top if dry its done top with whip cream
