I need help.. i stuck at kassim story : 2 cooked spaghetti.. i try use with both pasta with Italian cheese and seafood pasta recipe in menu, but still can't achieve it

When doing Kassim A to Z, it says have Kassim make all by himself and serve the 5 dishes. For example, I can have him make pan fried vegetables in langoustine bouillon with grilled langoustine tails. But at the bottom it says level 15 through 20 he can prepare grilled langoustine, vegetable slices, shellfish sauce. When I try to serve the dish with everything and ecompass it on one plate, it won't serve it at the pass. I'm having trouble figuring out what I'm doing wrong to get him to make and serve by himself.

I’m not sure if I’m experiencing a bug or not. But how do I get Kassim and Adele to cook during the service? I don’t know what to press? They just repeatedly say “I don’t have anything to do” or “I can help” . But I have no idea what to do to make them cook during service

I haven't played the game in about 18 months, but as long as it hasn't changed since then, there's a table (used to be located just behind the service counter on the island corner) that you use to give directions to your cook staff.

I have a question I upgraded a recipe on Adele and I needed to go back to that recipe to level her up how to go back to beef and potatoes before I upgraded it already

Not sure, I've been nervous about that happening at some point. Some recipe components can be found in other recipes - such as a specific cut/style of beef. Hopefully the game would recognize completing a more advanced version of a recipe to count towards requirement. Let me know how it goes because I will definitely bring it up in a video if it works.
