I would have used the steak grease to brush the tortillas that he pan fried but agreed on everything else

I clean/oil/wax my wood board and then someone just leaves drips of something to sit on it for hours and somehow I haven't lost my mind yet. Might get another board though.

Sry but looks kinda burnt to me. I'm a Chef as well. Tacobell is my Jam/DownFall!!! I adore Crunch Wraps, Nacho Fries & Dorito Supreme Tacos all w/Diablo sauce 😋

What a waste of wagyu. Wagyu is good because of the marbling. Chopping/grinding it up just makes it normal beef
