IMHO Conch is one of the top 5 food items anywhere in the world, it is unique. It does not matter what your status in the world is, from Mr Allen to the humblest local fisherman both can enjoy this incredible delicacy equally and I can assure you the local fisherman can prepare and present conch just as well as those incredible chefs can. Possibly better....

That's awesome I got some of the best crack comp and conch for the recipes from down there off of walkers the next Island over the best in the world it definitely appears to be the same can't wait to get out there my family's been going there since the '70s
