The custard, i believe, tastes heavenly with the cooked malagkit I like it so much Chef RV when you said that the youth may value the tradition of kakanin cooking culture which in a way will teach them patience. I love all recipes and cooking lessons mo Chef RV. I added yung Macapuno strings inside... Like yung put a thin layer ng malagkit rice first then yung macapuno strings then another thin layer ng malagkit na rice, finishing it with that topping sauce...then broil. 😉😇😉
