What is Tempayy? Tempayy (also called Tempeh or Tempe) is a new veg protein made by fermenting soybeans.
Tempeh is a vegetarian high protein food with more protein than Paneer and Tofu with 10x less saturated fat than Paneer.
Tempeh is not only high in protein, but packed with nutrition and taste.

Hi, our Tempayy cubes have a shelf life of 60 days. And our B2B Tempayy blocks have a shelf life of 9 months.

@@ajitskar586 Hi, we recommend you blanch (a quick boil) natural Tempayy cubes or mince them finely and pair it with bold flavours to reduce the bitter taste. When cooked right, Tempeh shouldn't have any bitter taste at all.

Also your packets are not clear with instructions for thawing and putting the tempeh back into the fridge after 1 hour. First time I used it I had trouble getting it to thaw enough for the cubes to separate.

Hi, so sorry if the instructions were not clear but please check the back of the pack as we have mentioned keeping the tempayy in the fridge then it won't stick together or will not take much time for the cubes to separate. We also have a QR Code on the backside which gives detailed information. Also, you can check out our youtube videos for more information.

Yes,, you have mentioned that tempayy is to be stored in fridge at 0 to 4 degrees temperature and here youre saying to deep freeze it ??????

@@gautamnatrajan1990 @Priya Verma Hi, this video is for use in food service and needs to be stored in the freezer. However, our normal 200 gm packs are to be stored in the refrigerator between 0-4 degrees, as you rightly mentioned.

If you are marketing this as a paneer substitute it should be more flavour neutral. It has a characteristic smell and taste that isn't for everyone. The seasoned cubes are a little better.

Hi, As tempayy is fermented so it has a certain smell to it- the smell can be reduced by boiling, adding some sauces your favourite spices , veggies etc. The smell is only and only because it’s fermented- the above methods can reduce it thereby making it easier. Tempayy is an acquired taste and can take a while to get right as it’s extremely new.

@@HelloTempayy Yes but for Indian palate some adjustment is advised. Also I've read about tempeh made from other kinds of beans and legumes which might be more familiar to Indian cookery
