Not only that, it's dated. I would not want a gas stove without a vent hood that vents outside over it. To be a chefs kitchen, that's a must. A high end stove or cooktop with double wall ovens. The microwave should never be over a gas stove. A higher end chefs kitchen would also have a high end fridge or built-in fridge. The Lantana is a nice floor plan though.
