Not a fan of the wallpaper, makes the home look smaller. And also the popcorn ceiling, I don't like that either.

I'm not usually a fan of wallpaper either, but this house was done so well! As for the popcorn ceilings, I have a guy that will remove it for $2 a square foot. A house like that you're looking at less than $3,000 for the whole house to be knocked down, that includes cleanup and paint.
