Olive oil/minyak zaitun biasa nya untuk salad or mix sauce dan tdk bagus untuk di masak dengan temperatur panas. Karena akan timbul asap berlebihan dan hitam. Akan teroksidasi menjadi racun. Lebih baik pakai safeflower oil, dan yg terbaik adalah grape seed oil.
