Best part was the plating of Dhosa when Yashraj put the vati of Dosa batter also with Dosa in stress. Actually, Yashraj makes both recipe very well, b'cuz he dosen't know the diffrence between Rai & Jira when he start the Dosa making. Really, Sanjyot's instructions for any reciepes are so perfect that anyone can cook easily.

I enjoyed the whole video, but my favourite parts are.. 1)when chef asked Yash about adding chilli to chutney, he innocently told he added redmirchi powder😊😊😅. 2)when chef told Yash that he could see hole on both sides first vada, hole on one side of second vada, and no hole be seen on 3rd vada😅.
