WOW! You have knocked it out of the park. I didn't think you could ever replace Scott and was sad not to see your videos on a regular basis. But Roman has not only filled Scott's shoes, he's walked a thousand miles in them. The two of you are like a couple of long-time friends just chilling and experimenting in the kitchen. I also enjoyed the new format and would love to see more of this style. I'm Keto/Carnivore so of course I like things that fit my way of eating, but I know I'll really enjoy watching whatever the two of you do, no matter what's on the menu. Great job!

Love that you guys made this. We love your products and use them weekly to develop these amazing recipes. Chef Matthew Woolen is an absolute genius when it comes to making amazing food that happens to be plant-based. I am amazed by him every month here in the ChefSteps kitchen.

I had the opportunity to try this and was MIND BLOWN! I couldn't believe I honestly think you would struggle hard to pick this out in a side-by-side. Been a ChefSteps subscriber since day 1 and they do things like this on the reg. Folks are really sleeping on the Studio Pass membership.

Thank you for the vegan ideas!! I’d love to see more vegan baking recipes. I'd really love if you tried a modernist spin on a classic holiday cookie! I bet you could reinvent traditional gingerbread cookies (or something else) into something that makes use of new culinary techniques.

You forgot to mention that the reason we are all switching to vegan foie gras is because we are all becoming aware of the way ducks and geese are tortured by way of being force fed. Please go vegan and leave the animals alone.

There's no simple substitute for gellan gum, this is a pretty specialized recipe.

There is no substitute, but you could omit the gums and still get something delicious and spreadable. The texture just won't be the same.
