Really cool video chef wang what is the proper amount of protein content in a good soy bottle Bec when I checked mine it had 0.4 gm and carbohydrates and sugar were more than 25gm each
This was interesting and looking at the protein content isn't something i considered doing before. Even though I'm aware thats something you do for fish sauce.

The amino acid is actually not harmful at all it’s one of the natural amino acid generated by our body during digesting protein. The only concern is how much sodium you take, actually salt might be more harmful

I also use Kikkoman as my allround choice for everyday cooking. It's naturally brewed and only contains soybeans, wheat, salt and water. The sodium content of 17% is reasonable and it doesn't discolour the food. Once in a while I buy a small bottle of high quality aged Japanese soy sauce for special uses.
