I like you whipping together things based on what you have or just picked up....but not recipe based. I think it builds people’s confidence to relax and enjoy cooking without the regimentality of a recipe. Thank you.

AJ, I suggest you do let us watch you cook every day it is convenient for you, even if you are cooking the exact same thing you did the day before. Our brains need this kind of repetition to keep us on the right track. Thank you for caring so much about us.

What a great idea! I don't love the Trader Joe's chopped kale due to the large stems in it. I strip the kale from the stem unless I am using red kate due to the bitterness. I love watching you cook AJ! Please continue to do these videos. Thank you!

The chopper is fantastic. There's tons of them out there. I got mine at BBB and I love it. Cuisinart Mini Manual Food Processor, $20. They're all the same, I'm sure. It's great to mince onion, garlic, ginger.

Tupperware makes it. A larger size also. Can't wait to get one. I'm ordering mine through "Simply Sara" u tube channel. Can't wait to get it and love that it's non electric, extra durable with life time warranty and replacements on everything they sell. I May have to try selling Tupperware myself part time. I love the quality...no real selling involved once folks see what they offer. A little pricey but Great investment as well on unique gadgets. Yup...loving the stuff!

WOW, it all looks great!! I will share my lunch with you (on FB under Pamela Prizant, wearing the crochet green and black mobious shawl) - Curry Sambaleek spiced rice, and spinach (with a little Dayia V cheese - not oil free though, so I just use a little)! Yummy!! I have also started a little biz I have 4 clients so far called "V" Meals. My clients pick up a total whole food plant based healthy hot meal. It is sooo much fun to cook for others, and I never thought I would do it! Your show is one of my inspirations. Have a blessed day!

Man, this looks good!! Tell us about the insulated lunch bag. I need a new one and it needs a long strap. Also, I'm ordering that cuber from BBB, prepworks® Onion Chopper, $16. Just for this fabulous dish! Do you cube potatoes raw or after cooking for 0 minutes in IP? I think I need to cook first and then cube it because I don't think I'll be able to do the cubing on a raw potato. Although slightly cooked and trying to cube might not cube that great. I'll try your ideas for seasoning (I love cumin) but I'll most likely crave a mustard-y flavor and I adore Trader Joe garlic mustard aioli. Chef AJ, you're sooooo interesting and fabulous and I have your books!!

Whoa...Mamasezz website shows it will cost me $69.95 to SHIP if my order is over $89 or $88.95 if under $89. I was going to hop on and order but just got stopped in my tracks with the high shipping. I’d use if if I lived in their Zones 1 or 2 but in California (Zone 3) .... it’s super pricey for them to ship. I’ll have to wait for a more local company to make similar products. It looked fantastic.
