I listened to Chef Babette on Rich Roll podcast where she mentioned doing the master cleanse of lemon juice/maple syrup/cayenne, which for me also had a huge transformative effect -getting off white sugar was the most life changing result, and also cutting cream from my coffee to enjoy just one black cup in the morning. Shes so beautiful, so inspiring!! If I get to LA I will definitely visit her restaurant!! I’m doing pretty well at 65 but Babette at 72 is waaay ahead of me with those 75 push-ups, for example... I can’t do one! Thank you Babette for inspiring me to keep improving myself!! ❤️🙏🌱🤸🏽♀️💧

I listened to this three times and will revisit it often Chef AJ, plus I added this interview to my Yt list on women who encourage me to take better care of myself spirit, mind and body ...Chef Babette is a dynamo for sure! I agree with her about not focusing so much on our age numbers but more upon feeling good and being as independent as possible because I have no interest in having to call the fire dept. to get me out of bed either, ha hah ha! 😅😂🤣🍏🍃💚

1/25/23 3:52. I just heard of Babette and vegan while looking online for help with lymphedema. I’m so glad I did. I will be converting to vegan 2-1-23 with my husband. Looking forward to a lifestyle and health drastic change for the better. Also, my birthday is December 7th also.

I am here because I just watched her recent interview on Rich Roll's podcast and I am now out to get to know even more about her. She is my hero and role model. I recently have gone back to a PBWF diet and I love connecting with people who are living the life that I know deeply resonates with me. I read Arnold Ehret's book The Mucusless Diet (and his other books) years ago and it was a game-changer for me. All of his books are available for free online.

Wonderful interview! Very sensible and practical advice about the human diet! I must thank Chef AJ for her utube videos, since I turned vegan from vegetarian after hearing Doctor John McDougall praising rice and the potato on her show in early October, 2021 I realized I was doing everything right ( I am Indian and a rice eater) But I was having dairy! I immediately decided to go vegan and soon enough eschewed dairy from my diet! And started using very little oil in my cooking. How healthy I feel at 65! And a happy grandmother! I am a long distance runner and tennis player ( have won three ITF senior titles) My father, Retired Air Marshal PV Iyer is 92 and fit as ever! He has just written a book: Fit at any age! One can preorder the book on Amazon.

I also liked around min 17:00. I have to tell you, the last years I eat more basd on what it is, not taste. I'm kind of sick of cooking dried beans for example, but do it anyway. The idea of canned beans, which now all seem to have that "white" plastic coating, grosses me out. I used to cook wild stuff, now it is fast and simple. Good guest!
