Hi Chef AJ I am so concerned about this. I love Dr Rogers and I guess I'll watch him on his own channel. I think he was quite surprised by your decision, perhaps you could have given him a warning instead. Can't you just give him another chance and tell him to tone it way down. @@CHEFAJ I think he is a man's man. He's a strong man. That everyone has to realize he is a genius. He has so much great info to share and I actually find him way more interesting than any other doctor you have on. I think he has a dry sense of humor which some people don't get. But I think he truly cares. Chef AJ please reconsider your decision. Just explain his talks have to be cleaned up. I will miss him on your show.

???is diastolic in 50s bad?. I'm on bp meds. My systolic is 110 to 120 usually
@greensmoothieparty6 ай бұрын
My elderly mother was able to safely get off all blood pressure medicines with the assistance of her physician. She eats a version of the nutritarian diet style and we heeded Dr. Fuhrman's advice warning about treating blood pressure to the point where the diastolic gets too low so not enough blood and oxygen get back to the heart. Check out the Johns Hopkins research titled: Doctors: Beware of low diastolic blood pressure when treating hypertension. I printed out this research and shared it with my mother's physician who went to med school at Johns Hopkins. Good luck and good health to you!

You're most likely over treating your bp. Dr. mcDougall says don't take meds unless your blood pressure is 160/100 consistently. You risk silent strokes as the blood doesn't reach the deep parts of the brain sufficiently. Dr. Rogers also has videos explaining the mechanism. Eat a starch based low fat diet and your blood pressure will continue to drop (making the meds even more dangerous).

I USED to enjoy listening to Dr. Roger’s as I felt he has a wealth of knowledge… but his never ending negative commentary about his wife and how he’s getting a divorce, Chef AJ and those he doesn’t like or approve of (like non Christians) has taken a dark turn and it’s hard to focus on the nutritional advice. there are other channels for that, it’ shouldn’t be on a nutrition channel…. it’s very sad because now his videos are becoming a spectator sport on he, she said and off the topic of nutrition😢

This guy is insufferable with the relationship nonsense, it's a running theme with him but it felt like a lot in this video. I don't mind comedy but this guy doesn't understand it crosses over into "sad" territory because it's obvious there's truth in his thoughts here and usually if a spouse is treating you like that there's a reason. Men don't get treated this way in healthy relationships. I actually feel bad for anyone relating to it

I hope that Chef AJ had a talk with Dr. Rogers as the shoe is on the other foot when the man is a narcissist! The problems with human beings is not because of the sex they are born but the in-born nature and what they learn from others in their life and if they are manipulative, one of both the the parents modeled that. When Roger’s records his own videos, this tirade he put on seems like he is putting Chef AJ in her place which from what I know of her, is totally uncalled for. It felt like I was watching that male in women’s boxing who sent the Italian woman to the hospital. Only the woman taking the shellacking was AJ. She should use clips of when he is in his right mind, don’t go live with him or not have him on at all. I’m sure my BP went up until he finally got on to his actual lecture. He may not take meds but he needs at least St. John’s Wort, it has calming properties.

He routinely is disparaging toward women, especially his wife. That takes away from his effectiveness in teaching. No wonder his wife makes him live in the basement and everyone else lives upstairs. He’s condescending and offensive. I could be mistaken but I think that’s what he has said in previous videos, his wife wanted a divorce. He did not want a divorce because he needs her to cook for him and do his business paperwork. So they compromised and he moved to the basement. Even his kids think he is offense. Dr. Rogers, please stop talking crap about women, it’s unprofessional and reflects negatively on you.

@Yoshi-Veg hey Dr. Rogers is an extremely educated Dr. giving us his expert medical opinion and his own N of 1 personal experiences which are also valuable. I want the truth, not the crap that mainstream medicine sells us. His family dynamic is not my business, nor my concern. I think you are mistaking Dr. Rogers' hilariously funny and often true remarks for some Disneyland fantasy of what a "real" long-term monogamous relationship should be. Get off your high horse and appreciate his valuable insights. As I said, I am sure his family loves him deeply and appreciates his strength of character. Trust me, as a divorced woman who was married for 25 years, a woman will not stick around if she has money and no longer feels loved. It's not what you say, but what you do, that matters to a smart wife. Women, especially educated, pretty, wealthy ones like Mrs. Rogers have AGENCY! :) They don't read Harliquin Romances! :) Dr. Rogers is a catch and a keeper! I bet he is the fittest, healthiest hottest man at his country club! IDPOL is just bourgeois propaganda to divide the working class so we are easier to control. Look at all the people false accused who have lost their jobs based on unproven and untrue BS. And it does not work both ways. It is an attack both on men and women. Run your life as you wish, and affort that right to others, for your own sake, as Thomas Moore famously advised us before he was beheaded.
